Profile: Mr. Md. Syed-Ur-Rahman is a monitoring, evaluation and learning professional having more than 16 years’ work experiences in development sector including USAID programs PRICE, PROSHAR, AIP and other projects like RFLDC-DANIDA, ATTP funded by JDCF. Currently working for an USAID funded The Cereal Systems Initiatives for South Asia (CSISA) Projects in CIMMYT as Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager where facilitating a team of four monitoring officers and managing entire M&E systems for The Cereal Systems Initiatives for South Asia Mechanization and Irrigation Phase 2 (CSISA MI P2) and CSISA Phase III project. Mr. Syed has completed post-graduation in Master in Development Studies (MDS) and contributing in different monitoring, evaluations and learning forums.
